2. We don't sell what we don't understand.

We focus only on lab-grown diamonds, natural diamonds, and custom resets. No chasing trends. No silver. No moissanite. Just what we know best.

3. We don't push you beyond your budget.

Tell us your budget. We'll help you find the best diamond within it. We're not here to make you spend more than you're comfortable with.

4. We don't take rush orders.

Custom jewelry takes time. Stone selection, design, craftsmanship, inspection — every step matters. Proposing next week? We're not the right choice.

5. We don't bother you.

We won't send daily messages or pushy reminders. We're here when you need us. When you don't, we respect your space.

6. We don't promise what we can't deliver.

No "lowest price guarantee." No "unconditional return" on custom pieces. We only promise what we can actually deliver.

7. We don't speak badly of others.

If another jeweler does great work, we respect it. If they don't, we stay silent. We focus on our own craft.

8. We don't take illegal business.

9. We don't trade health for money.

No all-night live streams. No 24/7 availability. We reply during set hours. Our health and family matter more than any single order.
